Any of our down under cousins live in the Melbourne area? I am wondering how accessible the GM Holden LTD main building is to regular people. I hear they have some amazing prototypes in the lobby including the Coupe 60 that !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and I have been bombarding you with lately. I have only seen a few hints at it being there, but no physical information. I would so spend any money I have taking a trip back to Australia to tour the buildings.
Even though GM is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! operations for Holden, Holden will keep desing and other operations open, including their multi-million dollar !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I just want to know where they are so I can see them at least once.

I’ve been past and seen the sandman, but never tried to get in. I work in Melbourne, do you need me to see if I can get inside?

Not making fun of her, just that she was hit with the ugly stick a few too many times.

I tried to see if they offered tours or anything of the facility. If you have time to check for us that would be amazing.

You like the Monaro Convertible?

Not overly. But it’s just a Monaro convertible, I don’t think it’s especially ugly. And I want more Monaro.

I guess I just really don’t like the proportions and without the roof it looks kinda boring. But yes! ALL THE MONARO!!!!

I swung by there the other day on the way back from a car show ;) I’ll probably make a post about it soon. Long story short: I couldn’t see the Sandman, it must be out somewhere. But the Coupe 60 was there.
They’re open Monday-Saturday (it was a Sunday), the cars seem to just be in the HQ lobby. I suspect you could walk in any time they’re open and they’d probably let you stroll around at least a little.
Ps. I parked my MR2 in that grey pavement section, near the tree. I forgot this pic was here or I’d have taken a similar one to prove it! But I did get pics.
